Alas Eius accepts online returns on full-price merchandise (excluding vintage furniture, art, and beauty products) within 10 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Returns for items purchased in the Last Chance section or on sale are final and cannot be returned.

After receiving your return, Alas Eius will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days to your original payment method. Allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

To start a return, please contact Alas Eius at hello@alaseius.com. You'll receive a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.

In-store purchases of full-price merchandise are eligible for exchanges or store credit within 7 days of the original purchase date, excluding vintage furniture, art, and beauty products.

No, Alas Eius does not support shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. Separate orders are required for multiple addresses.

Alas Eius ships to PO Boxes but does not ship to military APO/FPO addresses.

Items shipped internationally from the US are delivered duty unpaid, and Alas Eius does not charge VAT. Recipients are responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs fees. Local customs or VAT charges may apply; contact your local customs office for details.
