Refund policy

Online Return Policy

Alas Eius will accept returns on full price merchandise (excluding vintage furniture, art + beauty products) within 10 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please use care when trying on the garments and shoes. Please try shoes on a padded surface, as returns of shoes with worn or scuffed soles will not be accepted. If there are any signs of use or the item is returned outside of the 10 day window, we will not be able to accept the return. Items purchased in our Last Chance section or on sale or with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We are happy to help you with an exchange. Please email us at hello@alaseius.com

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@alaseius.com.

Store Return Policy

Alas Eius will accept exchanges or store credit on full price merchandise bought from the store (excluding vintage furniture, art + beauty products) within 7 days of the original purchase date.
